Gate valve is On-Off valve and designed for isolating fluid flow and not recommended to be used as control valve.
The material of body, bonnet and wedge is cast steel A216 Gr. WCB (other material as per request)
Sealing design is metal to metal with Body and disc seating surfaces which been produced by welding procedure. (For size DN50 to DN80, body seat is rolled machined ring)
Paint coating:
Aluminum-based silver color paint RAL 9006 with Min. thickness 150 micron for outer surfaces.
Zinc-based paint with Min. thickness 80 micron for inner surfaces. (Certified for drinking water)
Application:
Isolating raw water and industrial water without solid particles, drinking water, hot water, steam and compressed air.
